Position: US IT Recruitment Manager

Location: Noida, UP (5 Days Onsite)

Duration: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of recruiters in delivering exceptional talent solutions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance both people management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment processes, optimize hiring strategies, and manage a recruitment team to ensure staffing needs are met effectively.

Lead and manage recruiters to build a talent pool aligned with business goals.

Design and enforce recruiting strategies from sourcing to hiring.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submissions-to-interviews, and quality-of-hire.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on hiring progress and team performance.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of proven experience in US IT staffing, with at least a few years in a leadership or managerial role.

In-depth understanding of the U.S. IT recruitment landscape and client expectations.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-demanding, fast-paced work environment with strict timelines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
