Job Description : CPQ Business Systems AnalystLocation : RemoteExperience : 5-9 YearsRole : CPQ Business Systems AnalystAbout the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement Management processes, with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ Cloud and NetSuite. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, facilitating user testing, and ensuring the successful implementation of CPQ solutions.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Work directly with business teams (sales, finance, service, etc.) to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Document current state and future state process flows.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ Cloud to configure and customize the platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CPQ-related issues.
  • Maintain and update CPQ documentation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with business users to ensure thorough testing and validation of solutions.
  • Document and track defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Facilitate Agile modeling sessions and sprint demos.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify and address discrepancies between requirements and solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, development teams, and architects.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Manage escalations and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, business controls, and IT general controls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience as a CPQ Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of the Opportunity-to-Invoice (Quote-to-Cash) process.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ Cloud (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and NetSuite.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Experience in leading user testing and validation efforts.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, identify dependencies, and manage escalations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
