Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Oversee new hire onboarding and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records (HRIS, personal files, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/finance team.
- Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, exit, etc.).
4. Performance & Development
- Assist in implementing performance management systems.
- Support training and development programs.
- Monitor probation, appraisal cycles, and promotions.
5. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding.
- Handle full & final settlements and maintain attrition reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Recruitment and talent management expertise.
- Problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Proven experience in HR roles (experience requirement can be tailored as per level).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
