Job Description:

We are hiring a Functional and Automation QA professional with strong experience in testing ServiceNow applications and web platforms. The role involves working closely with SA, Development, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand requirements and prepare detailed test cases.
  • Perform functional and automation testing for ServiceNow modules (Service Catalogs, Platform, Asset Management, HRSD).
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java + Selenium.
  • Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with global teams (US, India) for project support.

Required Skills:

  • Testing Tools: Java with Selenium
  • Other Tools: Quality Center, Jira, Jenkins
  • Domain Expertise: ServiceNow (Service Catalogs, Platform, Asset Management, HRSD)
  • Knowledge of Jenkins, Splunk, GIT

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in testing enterprise ServiceNow and web applications (Front End, Middleware, Backend).
  • 2+ years of automation testing experience with Java and Selenium.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work across time zones.
