Position Summary

Manager-Consultative Sales will be responsible to help sell complex and/or customized and/or multi work-stream solutions that meets and exceeds clients expectations.

Individuals will lead relationship management with a consultative sales approach and should be able to sell projects/services of any complexity and would need to have relevant experience in consultative sales. Individual applicant would need to have strategy/BD/sales planning background and strong skill to comprehend and communicate high value solutions to clients. Applications would also need to create compelling proposals and need to have a methodical approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

a.) Create a detailed sales planning identifying the target market and key leaders in various cities.

b.) Generate leads and create a consultative dialogue with the target client

c.) Schedule meetings and do necessary follow ups with identified leads

d.) Will be the lead account manager for generating business independently with continuous support and directions from the seniors.

e.) Maintain relationships with the clients and ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the assignments/projects.

f.) Get deep understanding of the project, costing, resource requirement and allocation.

g.) Develop Client network, proactively reach out the clients at Senior level ("Jila Adhyaksh, Party President, State Presidents, Ministers, MLA's).

h.) Independently manage identification of the potential clients, client calling, planning, prepare presentations, pitch decks, proposal writing.

i.) Proactively develop internal and external network relationships and continue build database for the identified sectors.

j.) Develop project proposals (with guidance from top leadership) in alignment to the value that client is seeking

k.) Do necessary follow-up and be part of necessary negotiations for terms of project

Experiences & Skills Required

a) Individual with 3-5 years of demonstrable experience of working in BD/Sales profile preferably with a consulting firm or working as a relationship manager

b) Able to generate business and lead complex and or/important clients.

c) Has an in-depth understanding of clients/industries and should be able to sell customized business offerings.

d) Can work on multiple tasks at once without losing track, foresees and plans around obstacles.

e) Should be detailed oriented and be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

f) Should possess excellent analytical skills and be a problem solver

g) Should be able to navigate ambiguity well

h) Should be a high caliber individual with relevant business development and sales experience for consultative selling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
