TL MIS - Teleperformance

Job Function : MIS Experience : 2-4 Year of experience in MIS (Candidate with team handling experience will have added advantage)Specialization : MIS Level : TL MIS Industry : CRM/Call Centre /BPO/ITES Location : MaladSalary : As per Industry standards School & Graduation : Any Graduate / Under-Graduate Grade : II

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for preparing different kinds of repots as per the business requirement.
  • Should be able to solve MIS, process related queries of the team members.
  • Should be able to coach team members whenever required.
  • Completion of Task within the timelines
  • Responsible for adhering the processes
  • Would perform other related duties & assignments as required by the Manager.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills
  • Should be able to use VBA macros to consolidate redundant tasks

JOB SUMMARY:

This profile requires the candidate to have excellent computer Knowledge, extremely confident, filled with Zeal to perform the following tasks effectively.

  • Education Qualifications Graduate / Under-graduate in any stream
  • Good Computer knowledge with Advance Excel and formula (VBA & Macro)
