Must have skills -

  • Minimum 2 years experience in RTR
  • Candidates should have all the required documents to prove his experience.
  • Candidate should not be getting salary in cash
  • Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills. 

Job Summary: Prepare GL Reconciliation to substantiate GL Balances with the Sub-ledger Balances; perform Bank reconciliations; carry out variance analysis to identify the reasons for any fluctuations between two period's GL balances; recording, reporting and controlling of financial transactions, ensuring that all entries are properly accounted for the said period and also reported accurately. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Record journal entries accurately and in accordance with applicable policies
  • Ensure transactions have been properly authorized in line with the agreed policies and exceptions are reported. 
  • Daily/monthly Balance sheet reconciliations, research & analysis to substantiate the GL Balance with Sub-ledger balances
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation and resolve all open items
  • Carry out variance analysis of GL Balances to identify the causes for any fluctuations between two period balances
  • Record different journal entries such as Re-class JEs, Cost allocation JEs, Accrual JEs etc. in accordance with applicable, 
  • Liaison with key customers and stakeholders providing further analysis, explanation and understanding where required.
  • Good understanding of Insurance Accounting and it's terminologies
