Role & responsibilities: Process Engineer: (CHEMICAL)

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations of the alkaline electrolyze stack test bench.
  • Ensure safe and efficient execution of testing protocols under varying operating conditions.
  • Manage system parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow to ensure reliable test data.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for stack installation, commissioning, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee chemical-related activities including:
  • Preparation and handling of KOH electrolyte.
  • Leaching process supervision.
  • Safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.
  • Neutralization and proper management of chemical waste as per safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain logs, documentation, and test reports for operational traceability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering. or B.E. / B.Tech
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in chemical process industries.
  • Experience in handling chemicals and carrying out processes.
  • Strong understanding of chemical safety, HIRA, and PPE usage in industrial settings.

Duty Hours: 12 hrs (DAY/NIGHT) , 6 Days Work

Contract: 1 year & Extendable.
