About the Role:

We are urgently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, improve team performance, and enhance the customer experience through effective coordination, coaching, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain accurate evaluation scorecards.
  • Conduct regular call reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to the sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to identify training needs and deliver one-on-one coaching.
  • Generate and analyse reports on call quality, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
  • Track progress to measure training effectiveness and overall team performance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, including script and workflow updates.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Team Lead (Sales Coordination).
  • Strong experience in sales operations, sales support, or call centre quality assurance.
  • Experience in training or coaching sales teams is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback and motivate team members effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
