We are seeking a
skilled and passionate Application Designer
with expertise in
SAP ABAP Development for HANA
to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design user-focused applications, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals. You will work independently, contribute ideas, and take ownership of delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable applications.

What You'll Do

  • Work independently and develop into a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    in SAP ABAP for HANA.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze application requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
  • Actively participate in team discussions, reviews, and decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to application testing and validation to ensure functionality meets expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain performance and reliability.

What We're Looking For

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in
    SAP ABAP Development for HANA
    (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience).
  • Strong understanding of
    application design principles
    and methodologies.
  • Experience with
    SAP HANA database
    and its core functionalities.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile development practices
    and related tools.
  • Proven ability to
    troubleshoot and resolve application issues
    effectively.
