As a SAP ABAP HANA Consultant at Talent Worx, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of ABAP programs within the HANA environment. Your expertise will help our clients leverage the full power of SAP HANA to streamline operations and enhance performance. You will work collaboratively with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ABAP programs in the SAP HANA environment to meet business specifications and functional requirements.
  • Utilize HANA-specific programming techniques and features to optimize existing ABAP code for improved performance.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical design documents.
  • Conduct thorough testing of developed programs and applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in ABAP programs and workflows as required.
  • Document technical specifications, maintain development logs, and ensure compliance with development standards.
  • Stay updated with advancements in SAP technologies and apply best practices in ABAP and HANA development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with significant exposure to SAP HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP, and HANA development features.
  • Experience with performance tuning of ABAP programs in a HANA environment.
  • Understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
