
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of the travel industry, a growth mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential clients or customers.
- Research and prospect new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Actively engage in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company and promote its products or services.
- Deal with vendors and customers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the travel industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong communication skill in English and knowledge in hindi (optional)
