We are seeking a Lead Product Designer who can own and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products. You will create reusable frameworks that speed delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a design language system (DLS) for consistent, scalable design.
  • Audit existing products to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth integration of design components.
  • Create detailed documentation to help teams use and contribute to the system effectively.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for scalability and reusability.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in product design with significant experience in building and managing design systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions across platforms.
  • Skilled in Figma, Storybook, and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
