Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our dealer network across Mumbai and nearby regions. This is a field-based position ideal for someone with 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in building and nurturing dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust network of dealers and distributors in Pune, Nashik area.
  • Conduct regular field visits to prospects and existing partners.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective market outreach and relationship management.
  • Promote products and services with persuasive communication and presentations.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in industrial products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain dealer networks.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
