• Ability to Plan the work independently and to perform the experiments as the planned schedule.
• Utilizing automation in rxn & purifications.
• Neatness and completion of batch books on time.
• Maintenance of Analytical Reports Providing up to date.
• Experimental protocols in the required format. Zero violation of IP.
• In time delivery of products. Timely completion of the records.
• Addressing Technical problems (in projects and process).
• Ability to guide junior scientists.
• Good written/spoken communication. Active involvement in technical discussions.
• Adhering to safe working practices (PPE, safety shield etc.).
• Zero Incidents Risk assessment and Hazard analysis for new reactions/operations. Adherence to Safety SOPs.
