  • Responsible for clear individual deliverable reactions/month, 3-5 CE/month and 12-15 successful steps/month)
  • Responsible for his team's deliverable: reactions/month, >4 CE/month and 12-15 successful steps/month)
  • Responsible for project planning and execution (Scheme designing, RM ordering, Ontime delivery targets for him and his reportees)
  • Troubleshoot the problem areas of project (For and his reportees)
  • Ability to Plan the work independently and to perform the experiments as the planned schedule.
  • Utilizing automation in rxn & purifications.
  • Neatness and completion of batch books on time.
  • Maintenance of Analytical Reports Providing up to date.
  • Experimental protocols in the required format. Zero violation of IP.
  •  In time delivery of products. Timely completion of the records.
  • Addressing Technical problems (in projects and process). Ability to guide junior scientists.
  • Good written/spoken communication. Active involvement in technical discussions.
  • Adhering to safe working practices (PPE, safety shield etc.). Zero Incidents Risk assessment and Hazard analysis for new reactions/operations. Adherence to Safety SOPs
