Responsible for clear individual deliverable reactions/month, 3-5 CE/month and 12-15 successful steps/month)Responsible for his team's deliverable: reactions/month, >4 CE/month and 12-15 successful steps/month)Responsible for project planning and execution (Scheme designing, RM ordering, Ontime delivery targets for him and his reportees)Troubleshoot the problem areas of project (For and his reportees)Ability to Plan the work independently and to perform the experiments as the planned schedule.Utilizing automation in rxn & purifications.Neatness and completion of batch books on time.Maintenance of Analytical Reports Providing up to date.Experimental protocols in the required format. Zero violation of IP. In time delivery of products. Timely completion of the records.Addressing Technical problems (in projects and process). Ability to guide junior scientists.Good written/spoken communication. Active involvement in technical discussions.Adhering to safe working practices (PPE, safety shield etc.). Zero Incidents Risk assessment and Hazard analysis for new reactions/operations.
