Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Admin professional, located in Kochi. The role entails managing daily operations, overseeing project management tasks, and providing administrative support. The individual will coordinate with various departments, handle communication and sales tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of operations. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational processes and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze operational processes
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in the travel or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
