Roles & Responsibilities
1. New Outlet Development
- Work with bar vendor for layouts in alignment with brand standards, operational flow, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee bar setup, equipment installation, and supply line arrangements before launch.
- Conduct bar trials, drink preparation tests, and operational checks prior to handover.
2. Bar Handover & Launch Support
- Ensure smooth transition from project completion to operational readiness.
- Create and provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for bar operations, beverage recipes, and service guidelines.
- Supervise pre-opening stocking of beverages, glassware, and bar tools.
3. Staffing & Training
- Lead recruitment of bartenders, bar backs, and mixologists for new outlets.
- Conduct onboarding, beverage training, mixology workshops, and service excellence sessions.
- Mentor outlet bar teams to uphold brand service and quality standards.
4. Operational Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with outlet bar teams and managers to address operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct periodic audits on beverage quality, service speed, stock control, and hygiene.
- Support rollout of new beverage menus, seasonal cocktails, and promotional events.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, excise regulations, and internal hygiene standards.
- Monitor consistency in drink recipes, presentation, and portioning across outlets.
- Liaise with suppliers for specialty ingredients, bar tools, and promotional tie-ups.
