Position

We are looking for a suitable Business Leader for Business Head/ COO position. You should be highly result oriented person with top notch Leadership capabilities. You will provide leadership to all aspects of the company's operations / Business Units, with an emphasis on short term / long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment. The role involves strategic planning, business development, operations management, and ensuring the organization's growth in both domestic and international markets. You should come from Iron - Steel/ SAW Pipe / Engineering Products/ EPC. (Company having Oil & Gas Sector / EPC as direct client base) :

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy in alignment with the overall company objectives of enhance market presence and profitability.
• Mange a team of Professionals in Business Development and Marketing Function.
• Constantly identify new market opportunities in Domestic and International arena, enable marketing teams to seize the opportunity, priorities strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor, and industry developments. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Direct the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes and meet customer specifications.
• Develop and manage the budget for ensuring financial goals are met and profitability is enhanced.
• Work with the CFO to develop cash flow projection and reporting mechanism. Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
• Strategic approach to the contracts, negotiations, or business deals the company enters.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Develop and implement performance metrics of Key Business Departments
• Build and lead a high-performance team by recruiting, training, and developing talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 24 to 30 years, last 5 Year in Leadership position as Business Head / CEO/ COO Role

Qualifications:

1. B.E/B.Tech from Premiere Institute

2. MBA - Marketing Desirable not essential

3. Business Acumen and People Management Competencies
