Manual Software QA

Job Summary:  As a Manual QA Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and validation. You will work closely with the development team to understand product requirements and create test plans, execute test cases, and report issues. Your expertise in manual testing methodologies and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high -quality software. RequirementsDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to test software applications thoroughly and systemsIdentify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking systemsCollaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and provide input on test ability and usability aspects during the design phasePerform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software meets quality standardsConduct manual exploratory testing to uncover any potential issues that may have been missed during structured testingDevelop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test dataWork closely with cross -functional teams to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery of high -quality softwareParticipate in product and feature reviews to provide feedback on quality -related aspectsStay up -to -date with industry trends and best practices in manual testing methodologies, tools, and technologiesContribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and promote best practices within the teamWorking knowledge of JIRA or other relevant testing tools is mustQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Manual QA Test Engineer or in a similar roleStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processesProficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scriptsExperience with bug tracking systems and test management toolsSolid knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testingAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross -functional teamsExcellent analytical and problem -solving skillsDetail -oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast -paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously Benefits What's in it for you?  In addition to the ability to work on innovative technology on addressing the most critical modern -day challenges, we have a culture that fosters the idea that the happiest people are the most productive people.
