**Job Title: QA Manual Tester**
**Experience Level: 1-3 year**

**Responsibilities**:
Test Planning:

- Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and functional specifications.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases based on project documentation.
- Participate in test strategy discussions and provide inputs on testing scope and priorities.

Test Execution:

- Execute manual test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and report defects clearly and concisely using designated bug-tracking tools.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that defects are resolved and new features do not introduce new issues.
- Validate fixes and ensure that defects are properly closed.

Functional and Non-Functional Testing:

- Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure that the software meets specified requirements.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify usability, performance, and user experience issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify compatibility, security, and performance aspects of the software.

Test Documentation:

- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress to the QA lead or manager.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of quality goals.
- Participate in status meetings, defect review meetings, and other project-related discussions.

Continuous Learning:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends, methodologies, and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1 year of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of testing tools and bug-tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
