Role Overview

As a 
Sales Audit Executive
, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance of our inside sales team by auditing sales calls and processes. Your role will ensure that every interaction with prospects reflects excellence, leading to higher conversions, better customer experience, and consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Audit sales call recordings and call logs to evaluate quality and compliance.

● Create and refine 
audit formats
 and 
parameters of excellence
 for the sales process.

● Track patterns in call performance to identify both gaps and success factors.

● Document 
Do's and Don'ts
 of sales behavior and provide actionable feedback.

● Prepare detailed 
feedback reports
 and share with sales associates through email and one-on-one meetings.

● Collaborate with team leads to coach sales associates based on audit outcomes.

● Monitor performance improvements by tracking call recordings post-feedback (15-day cycles).

● Recognize and 
appreciate improvements
, while issuing structured warnings if gaps persist.

● Compile 
monthly audit reports
 summarizing wins, gaps, and recommendations.

● Support sales leadership by closing the loop on audit-driven changes and ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in Sales Quality Audit, Sales Coaching, Inside Sales, or similar roles.

● Strong listening, analytical, and feedback skills.

● Ability to identify behavioral and technical gaps in sales conversations.

● Proficiency in CRM systems and call-tracking software.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong organizational and reporting abilities.

● A coaching-oriented mindset with the ability to balance constructive criticism with appreciation.
