Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities include inventory management, supervising store displays, handling customer service issues, and ensuring a high level of store performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
