Job Title: Operations Executive – Healthcare Products

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.

Industry Preference: Healthcare / Diagnostics / Hearing Aid / Eye Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure the smooth functioning of healthcare service lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare operations, strong coordination skills, and a patient-focused approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow within the branch or center.
  • Manage patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.
  • Handle patient and customer queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, technicians, doctors, and support staff to streamline operations.
  • Maintain and update operational reports, performance records, and required documentation.
  • Supervise inventory management, stock levels, and procurement of medical or diagnostic supplies.
  • Support management in implementing operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff on operational procedures and protocols.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics to management.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruptions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for uninterrupted operations.
  • Support the Operations Manager in planning and executing new initiatives.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic financial reconciliation tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the center for patient visits.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of equipment and operational assets.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistent and standard service delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with patients, partners, and stakeholders.
