Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure the smooth functioning of healthcare service lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare operations, strong coordination skills, and a patient-focused approach to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow within the branch or center.
- Manage patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.
- Handle patient and customer queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, technicians, doctors, and support staff to streamline operations.
- Maintain and update operational reports, performance records, and required documentation.
- Supervise inventory management, stock levels, and procurement of medical or diagnostic supplies.
- Support management in implementing operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines.
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff on operational procedures and protocols.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics to management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruptions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for uninterrupted operations.
- Support the Operations Manager in planning and executing new initiatives.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and basic financial reconciliation tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the center for patient visits.
- Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of equipment and operational assets.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistent and standard service delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with patients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualification:
