Job Summary:

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience or strong interest in the finance and fintech space. The role involves executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand positioning for our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and finance-related ad networks.

Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with regulatory and data privacy standards.

Conduct keyword research and manage on-page/off-page SEO for finance-related content.

Create engaging content tailored for the finance audience, working closely with content and design teams.

Analyze digital performance data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and financial industry tracking tools.

Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities in the digital finance landscape.

Support lead nurturing workflows using email marketing and automation tools.

Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure marketing content meets industry guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.

Familiarity with finance-related KPIs like Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a focus on financial accuracy.

Basic understanding of financial products and regulatory environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads certification and Meta Ads.

Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar.

Ability to interpret and visualize data insights for.
