We have a requirement for Senior Odoo Developer for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job details:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Odoo apps — both new module development and customization of existing ones
  • Understand business requirements and propose efficient, practical solutions
  • Build applications/features that improve operational efficiency
  • Support our production team with bug fixes, enhancements, and optimizations
  • Train and mentor new developers to grow the in-house Odoo expertise

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Strong in Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Odoo framework (v12–v17 preferred)
  • Good understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, API integration
  • Prior experience customizing Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR modules
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and a great team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Prior experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation
  • Familiarity with Linux servers and Git version control
