Job Title: Voice and Accent Pre-Process Trainer

Location: Pune/Mumbai

Company: Tech Mahindra Business Services

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Voice & Accent Training

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Voice & Accent (V&A) and communication skills training for new hires and existing employees in pre-process batches.
  • Evaluate trainees communication abilities and provide targeted feedback to improve clarity, tone, and fluency.
  • Conduct candidate assessments.
  • Partner with operations and recruitment teams to assess and enhance language proficiency during hiring and nesting phases.
  • Maintain accurate training records, progress reports, and assessment data.
  • Coach and mentor associates to ensure they meet client-specific communication standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent command over spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of phonetics, voice and accent training.
  • Ability to identify and correct pronunciation, grammar, and tone-related issues.
  • Exposure to international voice processes (US/UK) preferred.
