  1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 8+ years of experience in healthcare software development.
  2. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as .Net, React, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ).
  3. Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as , Python and experience with server-side frameworks (e.g., Express, Spring Boot).
  4. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) in healthcare applications.
  5. Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns and object-oriented fundamental concepts.
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
  7. Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and understanding of interoperability and data exchange protocols
    .
  8. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to "roll up your sleeves" and work with stakeholders to create timely solutions and resolutions.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
