Job Overview :

We are looking for the experienced Full Stack Developer to join a founding team of startup-minded individuals that will lay the groundwork for our new fintech offering, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and React Native.

This team will play a pivotal role in spearheading innovation. As such, you will have the opportunity to shape the early architecture and design of the product and set the trajectory for its future direction. Key responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable software solutions.

- Lead the development of new modules and modify/maintain existing modules as needed, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

- Architect and optimize systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Ensure seamless integration with external systems.

- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality.

Minimum qualifications :

- At least 5+ years of experience working with TypeScript/Node.js (backend/full stack) and React.js/React Native (full stack).

- Proven experience working with highly scalable solutions with bursty traffic. 1MM+ transaction burst.

- Familiarity with AWS

- Experience building developer-facing/B2B APIs/SDKs

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications :

- Prior experience with Futures trading, Options trading, and event contracts

- Worked at startups and/or fintech companies

- Money movement operations and integrations with vendors such as Plaid, Stripe, etc.
