Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Labour Contractor to supply skilled and unskilled manpower for our manufacturing operations. The ideal contractor will be responsible for providing a steady and compliant workforce to meet the production demands, while adhering to all applicable labour laws, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a labour contractor in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Valid labour contractor license as per state laws.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance requirements, and industrial relations.
  • Ability to mobilize manpower quickly as per demand.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to handle 20 to 200+ workers depending on company requirements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹43,177.70 per month
