Shift Supervisor

Requirements

1.SHE: to comply with ENVALIOR SHE requirements and Indian legislations; show SHE leadership, responsible for SHE performance in the field; coach qualified employees for excellent SHE performance;

2.Responsible for executing and monitoring the Production process based on approved production process work orders & plan.

3.Accountable for the full implementation of procedures and processes, Accountable for the shop floor housekeeping as per Continuous Improvement standard.

4.Responsible for the emergency response and immediate report;

5.Responsible for tracking Hazardous waste in Production area.

6.Responsible for production quality and production efficiency.

7.Responsible for start & stop production line to meet the requirements of safety & quality.

8.Accountable for timely communication of complete and accurate production report and daily work report in daily meeting.

9.Responsible for management of shift operators in terms of supervision, communication, coaching, training, and development.

The Ideal Candidate:

Diploma degree or above in engineering/chemistry/machinery or CIPET in PPT.

Minimum one-year Compounding & SSP dryer related operational management experience;

Good leadership, communication and coaching skills.
