The Logistics Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department. They are responsible for supervising a team of logistics coordinators or associates, ensuring efficient and timely execution of logistics activities, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Supervise and provide leadership to a team of logistics coordinators or associates. Delegate tasks, provide guidance and support, and ensure that team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- **Workflow Management**: Oversee the workflow within the logistics department to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and coordinate activities to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts. Implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor order processing, tracking, and delivery to meet customer requirements.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the logistics department. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Take corrective actions as needed to address any performance issues.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues or deficiencies.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and development opportunities to logistics team members to enhance their skills and competencies. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support career growth and development.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
