Role and Responsibilities
The Junior Content Manager will be responsible for assisting clients with updating digital content in Optimizely and SAP Hybris marketing platforms. This includes providing technical and administrative support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for clients. The Junior Content Manager will become an expert in Optimizely and act as a crucial link between clients and developers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting clients with updating digital content in Optimizely and SAP Hybris marketing platforms
• Providing technical and administrative support
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving for clients
• Overseeing website launches
• Onboarding new regions and providing training on client CMS and tools
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to determine content needs and execute web strategies
• Ensuring quality assurance of digital assets across multiple client sites
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role must have:
• Technology-oriented mindset with experience working in CMS
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role
Required Skills
The following skills are required for this role:
• Proficiency in Optimizely and SAP Hybris marketing platforms
• Familiarity with Photoshop or similar image editing programs
