Mode of Hiring: FTE, Full time

JOB Position: Lead Data Science Engineer(AI/ML)

Location: Chennai, India- On-site

Tech Stack: AI/ML, Data Science, LangChain, Python, GenAI, Azure OpenAI

Experience:10-14 years

This role offers the platform to spearhead cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives, design scalable data-driven solutions, and contribute strategically to the organizations innovation roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of rich experience in AI/ML, Cloud (Azure), DevOps, and MLOps, along with a strong background in data science and advanced analytics.

Key Highlights of the Role:

Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists to deliver impactful AI/ML solutions.

Architect end-to-end Machine Learning & Generative AI applications leveraging technologies such as LangChain, Azure OpenAI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Build and optimize MLOps pipelines with MLFlow, Kubeflow, and Azure ML.

Collaborate with business leaders to define AI strategy and drive innovation.

Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance model efficiency and scalability.

Essential Expertise:

Programming (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Perl)

AI/ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, BERT)

NLP & Generative AI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spacy)

Cloud & MLOps (Azure ML, Docker, Jenkins, MLFlow)

Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit).
