Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
- 6-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure ML Studio, scikit-learn etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau, Qlik etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications & project experience
- Agile product development experience
- Managing a small to medium size ML projects as Team leader, anchor and relevant roles will be an advantage.
- Team player who can shoulder responsibilities, take initiative and drive process /technical improvements.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive analytics and data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance model performance and data processing pipelines.
- Present insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements /trends in AI/ML and contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes.
