Job Description

The role involves providing technical support to global customers using SAP Learning platforms, including the Training Shop and Certification Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues related to SAP Learning platforms, Training Shop, and Certification Hub
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through the ticketing system
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively
  • Collaborate with global support teams and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Take complete ownership of issues and drive them to timely resolution
  • Identify root causes of incidents and prepare detailed analysis reports
  • Continuously improve service and support processes to enhance efficiency
  • Run and deliver customized learning usage and on-demand reports for customers
  • Support internal projects in collaboration with other support teams
  • Provide feedback to technical and product teams for platform and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and global operational standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 25 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment with international voice processes (blended support)
  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (BCA / B.Tech / B.E.)
  • Strong experience in customer engagement and escalation management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
