Designation : Accounts & Admin Staff
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Tally Prime entries including journal, depreciation, adjustments, and all finalization-related work.
• Manage Excel-based reporting and reconciliation using formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF), Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools.
• Prepare and file GST returns; assist in account finalization with the CA.
• Maintain party ledgers and monitor outstanding dues, ensuring proper tracking of payments overdue (30/45 days) and planning timely disbursements.
• Perform TDS calculations, compliance, and reconciliation; maintain records of refunds and pending receivables.
• Ensure systematic filing and documentation of all accounting and administrative records for easy retrieval.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, reconciliation reports).
• Good understanding of GST laws, TDS provisions, and accounting finalization practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with accuracy.
• Strong follow-up skills for payment tracking and compliance deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Commerce or related field
• Minimum 2–35years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Experience in GST filing, TDS compliance, and ledger management is a must.
