Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Lead, specializing in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) track. This role is crucial to our global SAP S/4 transformation, focusing on designing and guiding OTC processes across various regions. The successful candidate will collaborate with SMEs, ensure process alignment, and deliver key documentation, partnering with other leads for a cohesive transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead OTC process design and harmonization, ensuring regional consistency.
  • Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts for requirement definition and fit-gap analysis.
  • Align OTC design with the overall S/4 supply chain and finance integration strategy.
  • Produce process documentation, including flow diagrams, SOPs, and readiness materials.
  • Collaborate with P2P and Logistics leads to maintain seamless process handoffs.
  • Support testing, cutover, and post-implementation support activities (hypercare).
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the transformation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in OTC processes and ERP transformations.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in consulting or supply chain process management, with a focus on OTC.
  • Previous consulting experience is mandatory, with a preference for Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firms.
  • Proven track record in leading OTC design and implementation as part of ERP-enabled transformations.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in the Retail and CPG industries is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Openness to travel for project-related workshops and go-live events.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
