We're Hiring: BIM Lead (HVAC – Fabrication & Australian Standards)

Are you passionate about HVAC BIM modeling and ready to take on a leadership role? We are looking for a
BIM Lead
to join our dynamic team in
Chennai / Bangalore
.

Key Skills & Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of
HVAC concepts, ducting design, and Australian construction standards

Hands-on experience with
Revit
for LOD 400/450 models, fabrication/shop drawings, spool drawings, hanger layouts, and equipment connections

Expertise in
duct sizing, routing, insulation, fire/smoke dampers, grilles, and diffuser detailing

Ability to ensure
constructability, accuracy, and quality
in all BIM deliverables

Minimum
4+ years
in HVAC BIM and fabrication drawings

Strong leadership to
guide and mentor junior modelers remotely

Excellent client handling, communication, and time management skills
