Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeller – PHE based in Sivakasi. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Daily tasks include preparing construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring models meet project specifications and standards. The role requires a thorough understanding of BIM processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Architecture and modeler experience
• Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge
• Ability to prepare and understand construction drawings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferable
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
