  • Experience with Opentext platform configuration, including permissions, automation workflows, and retention schedules.
  • Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems like SAP and Microsoft is good to have.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and training capabilities.
  • Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
