Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with Accounting Standards and Company policies.
  • Prepare and finalize Financial Statements for corporate entities as per Indian Accounting Standards requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage Statutory Audits, including liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present MIS Reports to management for decision-making.
  • Handle Direct and Indirect Tax compliance including Income Tax, TDS, and GST (preparation, filing, and reconciliation).
  • Conduct Accounting and Financial Analysis to support business operations and management initiatives.
  • Participate in Budget Preparation and perform Variance Analysis to monitor financial performance.

Support process improvements and internal control enhancements within the finance function.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Educational Qualification: M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA or equivalent.
  • Experience: 47 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Exposure to Logic ERP or similar accounting/ERP software.
  • Prior experience working in a CA Firm will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication ability.
