Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Director Academics, based in Jaipur. The Director Academics will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include designing and enhancing curriculums, conducting research, coordinating training sessions for faculty, and fostering teaching excellence. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to improve academic outcomes and maintain the institution's educational standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Curriculum Development and Educational Programming
  • Strong background in Education and Teaching methodologies
  • Experience in Research and its application to academic processes
  • Proficiency in Training and development activities for educators
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Master's or higher degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience in the education industry is an added advantage
