Aditya Trading Company is a growing business dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are expanding our online presence and looking for a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to promote our website, increase sales, and generate quality leads.

Roles & Responsibilities1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Perform complete on-page & off-page SEO activities.
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and ranking strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking.
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage submissions (directories, guest posts, social bookmarks).
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Improve website ranking & organic traffic.

2. Website Management

• Regularly update website content, products, descriptions, and categories.
• Ensure website speed, mobile optimization, and technical SEO are up to date.
• Track weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and marketing content for promotions.
• Run paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to increase visibility and conversions.
• Manage online reputation and customer engagement.

4. Lead Generation

• Generate leads through multiple digital channels.
• Develop strategies to increase customer inquiries and website conversions.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and maintain performance reports.

5. Sales & Marketing Support

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand product promotions.
• Design marketing campaigns to increase online sales of Aditya Trading Company.
• Study market trends and competitors to suggest new opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Moz).
• Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram promotions.
• Good understanding of WordPress/Shopify or website CMS.
• Ability to create basic graphics/posts (Canva preferred).
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SEO & Digital Marketing.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• Certification in SEO/Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

Salary

• As per industry standards & performance-based.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
