About the Role:

  • Employment Type: Contract Basis  Location: United States (Remote / Flexible)
  • We are seeking a US-based Sales Representative to identify, engage, and onboard clients including
  • D2C brands, B2B exporters, e-commerce sellers, and SMEs who need reliable global shipping solutions. The role is designed for entrepreneurial sales professionals who are comfortable working an a performance-driven contract, commission, and/or revenue-share model.

What will you do?

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in the logistics, warehouse, and supply chain sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,understanding their needs and delivering solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure long-term client partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.  Performance Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, including pipeline development, revenue generation, and client feedback.

What are we looking for?

  • Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of clients in international freight forwarding.
  • Oversee customer relationships across import, export, and port-to-port operations.
  • Operate independently in a remote, commission-based environment while managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Leverage knowledge of key ocean trade lanes to communicate effectively with shippers and logistics partners.
