Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling client inquiries, creating customized travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, booking accommodations, flights, and other travel services, preparing travel documents, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining relationships with travel partners and staying updated on travel trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in creating customized travel itineraries and consulting with clients
• Knowledge of booking systems and travel industry software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or related field
