Role - Travel Consultant

Location Gurgaon (Sector-20 Office)

Salary Up to 4.5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives/Variable)

Work Schedule 5 Days Working

Time Off - Rotational Week Off

Shift - Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Communication Excellent English Communication Required

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and service complex domestic and international travel itineraries for customers (primarily via voice/call).
  • Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and travel packages accurately using global distribution systems (GDS) and other reservation tools.
  • Proactively identify and present upselling opportunities (e.g., business/first-class upgrades, premium hotel suites, or enhanced travel packages) to maximize the customer experience and transaction value.
  • Skillfully cross-sell complementary travel products such as travel insurance, airport transfers, local excursions, or visa assistance services.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, fares, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Process amendments, cancellations, and re-issues efficiently.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed defined targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Ensure complete compliance with client and company travel policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

What You Will Bring:

  • 1 to 4 years of proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a Travel Sales, Travel Consultant, or Travel Associate role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory, with strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • A strong sales aptitude with a proven track record of successful upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, airline fares, and basic travel terminology.
  • Familiarity with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a significant advantage.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
