About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Data Scientist
to lead end-to-end ML projects, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on
cutting-edge technologies
and mentor junior data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data science projects from idea to production.
  • Build predictive & optimization models for real-world business problems.
  • Communicate insights and drive decision-making with stakeholders.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments.
  • Collaborate with engineering for scalable ML deployments.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

  • Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Data Science experience with production ML models.
  • Strong Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
  • Visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Plotly).
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) & Git.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Bonus: NLP, time series, recommendation systems, Big Data (Spark/Hive).
