  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting - At various sites ( Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Mumbai for all Industries - Oil & Gas, chemical, Fertiliser , F&B, Pulp and paper Industries Etc.

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of field instruments such as transmitters (pressure, flow, temperature, level), control valves, switches, gauges, analyzers, CEMS, Sox Nox, and PLC/DCS systems.

  • Diagnose issues in instrumentation loops, control circuits, and communication networks.

  • Calibration & Testing - At various sites ( Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Mumbai for all Industries - Oil & Gas, chemical, Fertiliser , F&B, Pulp and paper Industries Etc.

  • Conduct routine calibration of instruments ( Flow , level, pressure, temperature, Gas detectors, Control valves , Gas analysers, CEMS, Sox Nox etc )as per schedule and maintain calibration records.

  • Verify accuracy and performance of sensors, control valves, and metering systems.

  • Assist in loop checking, instrument testing, and commissioning of new equipment

  • Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with operations, electrical teams for resolving instrumentation-related issues.

  • Provide technical support for upgrades, automation changes, and process improvements.
  • Train technicians and helpers on maintenance procedures and safe work practices.
