Role & responsibilities

  • Act as an on-site recruitment partner, coordinating between client HR & internal recruitment team
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Maintain daily recruitment dashboards and MIS reports
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely updates to all stakeholders
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in RPO)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently at client location and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job portals
